Better Living for Texans

 

Welcome to the Better Living for Texans (BLT) program in Travis County. The BLT program provides nutrition education to assist limited resource individuals and families acquire the knowledge, skills and behaviors necessary to maximize resources, have nutritionally sound diets, and improve health status and self-sufficiency.  Promoting lifestyle behaviors that are consistant with Dietary Guidelines for Americans and the new Food Guidance System, “MyPlate”.
