Basics of Food Preservation with Elise Lacy May 30th This is a hands-on workshop. You'll make jelly to learn water bath techniques and make sourdough to learn fermentation steps. Includes handouts, recipes, step-by step instructions, fermentation jar, and a finished product to take home.
