Basics of Food Preservation with Elise Lacy May 30th

This is a hands-on workshop. You’ll make jelly to learn water bath techniques and make sourdough to learn fermentation steps. Includes handouts, recipes, step-by step instructions, fermentation jar, and a finished product to take home. These workshops will be conducted by our expert, Elsie Lacy, Family and Community Health Agent, Caldwell County.

Take advantage of early-bird savings. Workshop Size is Limited to 16 Participants

Cost is $50 on or before April 16th. Cost is $55 from April 17th – April 22nd
