You’ll find the Native and Adapted Landscape Plants Guide along with other timely Grow Green FAQ sheets. Grow Green is a joint program with the City of Austin Watershed Department and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension. You can also pick up a copy of the Vegetable Garden Planting Guide and recommended Vegetable Varieties for Central Texas. Several more resources are available online. You can find a Master Gardener at the Sunset Valley SFC Farmers Market the first Saturday of each month. Most feature a children’s activity. \nWho are Master Gardeners?\nMaster Gardeners are volunteers for the Travis County AgriLife Extension service. In order to become a Master Gardener\, each individual receives extensive horticultural training.
