Grow Green is a joint program with the City of Austin Watershed Department and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension. You can also pick up a copy of the Vegetable Garden Planting Guide and recommended Vegetable Varieties for Central Texas. Several more resources are available online. You can find a Master Gardener at the Sunset Valley SFC Farmers Market the first Saturday of each month. Most plant clinics also offer an educational activity for children. \nWho are Master Gardeners?\nMaster Gardeners are volunteers for the Travis County AgriLife Extension service. In order to become a Master Gardener\, each individual receives extensive horticultural training.
